- Leadership Excellence:
- Guide and inspire a talented kitchen staff of 18, ensuring seamless teamwork and top tier performance.
- Quality Control
- Oversee the quality of goods received to maintain our high standards and create unforgettable flavours.
- Culinary Expertise:
- Hands on experience in both Western and Indonesian cuisine, crafting new dishes to supplement our existing menu
- Proven Expertise:
- A demonstrated history of creating exceptional culinary experiences with a balance of creativity and consistency.
- Bilingual Skills:
- Must be fluent in English and Indonesian to effectively communicate with the team and our valued guests.
